Frank liked the idea of writing notes on a piece of musical chart paper and then having an orchestra perform it. Hiring an orchestra is pretty expensive though. I’m not sure where he got the money for this orchestra, but he did and the results are everything you’ve ever hoped for in your life. Remember Strictly Genteel from 200 Motels?
