Stillness in motion: Vai live in L.A. è la registrazione audio e video (diretta da Jeff Rifkin) di un concerto tenuto nel 2012 dal musicista a Los Angeles, parte del suo “Story of light World tour”: “Dire che questo tour è stata una grande esperienza di vita sarebbe come dire che il sole è caldo”, ha scritto Steve Vai nelle note di copertina, presentando il progetto. Disponibile sul mercato in formato doppio CD e in formato doppio DVD (quest’ultima versione include anche un disco bonus contenente una sorta di video-diario del tour, della durata di tre ore, intitolato “The space between the notes – Tour mischief”).  |
