When asked about the symbolism hidden behind why they called this song “Muscle Museum,” Muse frontman Matt Bellamy confessed that the title comes from the fact that the words “Muse” and “Music” are found between “Muscle” and “Museum” in the dictionary. Elementary My Dear Watson. The music video, directed by Joseph Kahn, features individuals crying with each member of Muse appearing briefly.

4 . Death Cab For Cutie – Meet Me On The Equinox

Death Cab For Cutie’s “Meet Me On The Equinox” was penned as the lead single for the “New Moon” soundtrack, the second film in the “Twilight” series. The accompanying music video, directed by Walter Robot, features footage from “New Moon” intertwined with the band performing.

5 . Feeder – Shatter

Feeder’s “Shatter” is featured in the soundtrack for two video games: “Gran Turismo 4” and the European version of “Madden NFL 06.” Furthermore, “Shatter” was utilised as the ending theme of the 2005 film “The Business.” Incorporation bits of the Nochnoy Dozor film “Night Watch,” the music video shows the band performing amidst various flashes of light.

9 . The Wombats – Let’s Dance To Joy Division

While the title pays homage to the iconic post-punk band, “Let’s Dance To Joy Division” by The Wombats humorously juxtaposes JD’s Ian Curtis gloomy image with a danceable tune. As Matthew Murphy, the band’s lead singer said, “it celebrates the irony that bad things can create good times.”
