Maurice White : Maurice worked at Chess Recording Company for five years where he learned to master all types of music. He was in demand as a drummer for many sessions. ome of the artists he recorded with are: Jackie Ross, Betty Everett, Minnie Riperton, Sugar Pie DeSanto, Little Milton, Billy Steward, The Radiants, Ramsey Lewis, Rotary Connection, Sonny Boy Williams, Buddy Guy, Willie Dixon, Junior Wells and Chuck Berry.

Maurice White@last.fm : After a three-year stint with Ramsey Lewis, White went on to develop Earth, Wind & Fire with local singers around Chicago, Illinois. The band moved to Los Angeles in 1970, and was reformed with new members in 1971
